Services

we offer clients a seamless project transformation service from conception to completion.

Design Build

Design-build (D-B or D/B) is a project delivery system used in the construction industry. It is a method to deliver a project in which the design and construction services are contracted by a single entity known as the design-build contractor. In contrast to "design-tender", design-build relies on a single point of responsibility contract and is used to minimize risks for the project owner and to reduce the delivery duration by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project. DB with its single point responsibility carries the clearest contractual remedies for the client because the DB contractor will be responsible for all of the work on the project, regardless of the nature of the problem. GMC has in-house design capabilities that allows the Client apply the DB delivery system. We are capable of carrying a project from Concept till Completion, saving time, coordination, and problems.

BIMs

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a process involving the generation and management of digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of places. Building Information Models (BIMs) are files (often but not always in proprietary formats and containing proprietary data) which can be exchanged or networked to support decision-making about a place. Current BIM software is used by individuals, businesses and government agencies who plan, design, construct, operate and maintain diverse physical infrastructures, from water, wastewater, electricity, gas, refuse and communication utilities to roads, bridges and ports, from houses, apartments, schools and shops to offices, factories, warehouses and prisons, etc. BIM Models and manages not just graphics, but also information - information that allows the automatic generation of drawings and reports, design analysis, schedule simulation, facilities management, and more - ultimately enabling the building team to make better-informed decisions. GMC is currently developing more and more expertise and competence to apply BIM in all its projects. This nearly saves all coordination mistakes and ensures accurate deliver or the desired product

Green Buildings

Green building (also known as green construction or sustainable building) refers to a structure and using process that is environmentally responsible and resource-efficient throughout a building's life-cycle: from siting to design, construction, operation, maintenance, renovation, and demolition. This requires close cooperation of the design team, the architects, the engineers, and the client at all project stages. The Green Building practice expands and complements the classical building design concerns of economy, utility, durability, and comfort.

Although new technologies are constantly being developed to complement current practices in creating greener structures, the common objective is that green buildings are designed to reduce the overall impact of the built environment on human health and the natural environment by, Efficiently using energy, water, and other resources

Protecting occupant health and improving employee productivity Reducing waste, pollution and environmental degradation. As municipalities are now taking steps towards forcing all new projects to be green rated, GMC has acquired the necessary training and LEED certifications from the United Stated Council Green Building Council (USGBC). If we get involved at early stages, we can help our Client attain high LEED rating with the minimum possible cost impact
